Experience : 5+ years Work Timings : 2pm to 11pm Position Requirement : We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Associate Manager - Email Marketing Operations to lead and optimize our email marketing initiatives. This role demands extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar platforms, proficiency in SQL, and a strong ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and team leadership, driving efficiency and effectiveness across all email marketing operations.​

• Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar email platforms.​
• Expertise in creating solutions using SQL queries, automations, and data flows.​
• Proficiency in project management systems (., Workfront, JIRA, YouTrack) for workflow management and task tracking.​
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information to stakeholders.​
• Proven ability to translate business needs into comprehensive requirement documents for technical teams.​
• Experience in identifying business gaps and implementing scalable, automated solutions to enhance productivity.​
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating responsibility and results-driven focus.​
• Experience in leading teams, resolving conflicts, and conducting team meetings.​
• Experience in handling hiring and appraisal meetings is a plus.​
• Comfortable taking on roles as both a people manager and individual contributor when necessary.​
