Job Role : - Java ( Tech Lead )-Secure Payment Systems

Job Location : -Noida, India

Experience : - 8+ Years

Job Roles & Responsibilities : -

Design, develop, and lead teams in building secure payment systems.
Integrate services with cloud HSMs, acquirers, and payment gateways .
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle .
Apply design patterns & OOP principles to solve complex problems.
Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable system design.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams .
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.

Job Skills & Requirements : -

Education & Experience

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science.

8+ years of experience in payment services / financial industry .

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Java, Java EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).

Hands-on with relational databases, SQL, ORM tools.

Experience with web frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, etc.).

Knowledge of cryptography & payment security standards .

Exposure to cloud platforms and Microservices architecture .

Familiarity with GitLab and CI / CD practices.

Behavioral Skills

Strong communication & problem-solving abilities.

Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Nice to Have

Relevant industry certifications.

Experience with large-scale distributed systems .

Deep understanding of payment services & financial domain .
