Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced RPA Solution Architect or RPA Lead to drive the design, development, and optimization of automation solutions across enterprise systems. The role involves managing the current Blue Prism-based automation landscape, exploring emerging technologies like Power Automate and AI / LLM integrations, and ensuring scalability, performance, and governance of automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of RPA solutions primarily using Blue Prism, with potential adoption of Power Automate and other tools.
• Evaluate and recommend automation platforms, considering scalability, licensing, and conversion costs.
• Drive AI / LLM-based POCs for OCR, unstructured data processing, and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee integration with SAP, MS Office Suite, databases, and GUI-based applications.
• Implement OCR solutions for multi-language processes, including Japanese and other complex languages.
• Leverage Python scripts for specialized tasks to reduce complexity and improve performance.
• Define and enforce performance standards for large datasets (e.g., Excel files >

200MB, SAP transactions).
