Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure timely closures.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Organize team-building activities, cultural events, and recognition programs.Act as a bridge between employees and leadership for transparent communication.Performance Management & Development
Implement and monitor performance management frameworks.Support learning and development initiatives, training programs, and career progression.Provide data-driven insights on workforce productivity and talent gaps.HR Operations & Compliance
Manage HRMS tools (Zoho People, Zoho Payroll and Zoho Reqruitement) for attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.Maintain and update HR documentation, employee records, and contracts.Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with finance on payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.Support leadership in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Strong knowledge of HRMS platforms ( Zoho People, Zoho Payroll and Zoho Reqruitement ).
Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
