We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our Specialties zone for athenaClinicals, an award-winning electronic health record and medical practice management solution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams and client teams to deliver engaging, intuitive experiences that meet our users' needs and business goals. You will create valuable and delightful experiences by crafting high-quality solutions to complex problems.

Our goal is to help all physicians provide better care to patients while documenting that care easily and effectively. We are committed to transforming a complex and sometimes cumbersome process into a more intuitive, satisfying, and empowering experience for physicians and clinical staff.

What You'll Do

• . Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, product, and engineering teams to create effective designs that solve complex problems.
• . Develop a deep understanding of your scrum team's problem space.
• . Define high-level solutions through workflows, information architecture diagrams, and conceptual models.
• . Create detailed, high-fidelity UI and UX specifications to effectively communicate design requirements to engineers and stakeholders.
• . Plan and conduct user research studies to identify user pain points and gather feedback on potential solutions.
