Zolo is Indias largest managed living and travel solutions brand, trusted by thousands of students and professionals across 8+ cities. With a strong presence in co-living, hostels, student housing, hotels, and vacations, Zolo is building vibrant communities where people can live, learn, and grow together.

As part of Zolo, our Hostels vertical is focused on delivering safe, affordable, and community-driven living for students and young professionals. With rapid expansion underway, we are looking to strengthen our Demand Generation team to fuel growth and drive occupancy across our hostels.

Role Overview

We are hiring Demand Generation Managers who will design and execute strategies to build consistent demand for Zolo Hostels. You will play a critical role in driving occupancy through digital campaigns, partnerships, and on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (digital, affiliates, campus partnerships, OTAs, and aggregators).
  • Build and optimize acquisition funnels to ensure steady student and professional occupancy.
  • Forge partnerships with colleges, universities, and youth communities to create long-term demand pipelines.
  • Explore innovative channels such as micro-influencers and community events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Track performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI), analyze data, and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align demand efforts with business goals.

What Were Looking For

Education : Any graduate / postgraduate (Marketing specialization preferred but not mandatory).

Manager Level :

  • 4-7 years with proven success in scaling demand generation in consumer-focused businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with digital ads, SEO / SEM, email automation, and affiliate marketing.
  • Exposure to college partnerships, aggregator platforms, or travel / hospitality demand channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • High intent, creativity, and ownership to experiment and deliver results.
