Role Purpose :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Trainee to join the Wellness Team at Septa Health Solutions Team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a keen interest in operations and wellness initiatives. The trainee will support the daily functioning of the team, assist in project execution, and contribute to reporting MIS and presentations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Wellness Team.
• Coordinate wellness programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Maintain records and trackers for ongoing wellness activities.
• Support internal communication related to wellness campaigns.
• Assist in vendor coordination and follow-ups for wellness-related services.
• Conduct basic data analysis and generate insights to improve team efficiency.
• Participate in planning and execution of events, workshops, and seminars.
