Role Overview :

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing , SEO, and mobile app marketing . You will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms, improving app visibility across regions, and contributing to user acquisition strategies in the trading and financial services space.

Job Description :

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns via Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager
• Optimize mobile app install campaigns (Google UAC, Meta App Ads) across multiple geographies
• Drive performance through SEM, SMM, and SEO tactics tailored to target audiences
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPI, ROAS, and engagement metrics across all campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility
• Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and international market trends
• Contribute to cross-functional marketing strategies and growth campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost high-quality mobile app installs and retention across key markets
