Role Description

As a Counselor at Global Refinement Solutions, you will be responsible for guiding clients on phone or face to face. You will handle client queries, assess eligibility. You will be the frontline advisor, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy experience for every client.

This is a full-time, on-site Counselor role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients, assessing their needs, and developing personalized plans to address their challenges.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa counseling, immigration services, or related field

Strong counseling and active listening skills to support clients effectively

Ability to conduct assessments and develop individual or group action plans

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and professionals

Organizational skills such as record-keeping, scheduling, and report preparation

Empathy, patience, and professionalism in working with diverse client populations

Knowledge of local resources for referrals and support services

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Relevant certifications or licensure are a plus
