Job descriptionDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and third-party tools Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and ITSM processes 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. Strong expertise in any ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM modules. Proficiency in integration workflows and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with ServiceNow administration, customization, and workflow implementation Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., SecOps, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
