The Job :
- To help expand 70 EMG's global presence, contributing business value by developing and executing a strategic long-term vision; and enabling extensive reach of the market.
- Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field.
- Work Experience : 5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales in the event management or exhibition industry, preferably with a retail focus.

Job Responsibility :
To create a strategy for pitching and execution for new clients as per the database generated by you and using the database provided by the company.Identify and acquire new retail clients across sectors (FMCG, lifestyle, sports, fashion, electronics, etc.) for participation in exhibitions, product launches, mall & experiential activations.Gauging a clear understanding of the client's requirements and communicating the detailed brief to the internal departments.Develop and pitch tailored solutions to retail brands for :Exhibition participation (B2B / B2C shows)New product launch eventsRetail activations within sports events (e.g., marathons, tournaments, IPL)High-profile social events (galas, fashion shows, etc.)Generate leads through networking, industry events, cold calling, and referrals.Directly interacting with critical potential leads and converting the minto clients with a long term relationship & generating recurring business.Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities in the retail and exhibition sectors.Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, client servicing and operations) to deliver seamless execution of client requirements.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance visibility and generate leads.Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market dynamics.Striking alliances, sponsorship deals, media packages and barters for 70 EMG Intellectual properties as directed by the manager.Preferred Experience :
Exposure to large-scale exhibitions & mall installations (e.g., trade fairs, lifestyle expos)Experience working with consumer brands for new launches (e.g., luxury retail)Understanding of retail consumer behavior and brand positioning in live events.Desired Skills :
