Job descriptionLead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide support to team members as needed. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes. Manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical teams and business units. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to secure necessary resources. Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives. Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance and identify lessons learned. Education : Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : [X years] of experience in IT project management or a similar role. Technical Skills : Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello). Familiarity with IT systems, software development life cycles (SDLC), and IT infrastructure. Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Soft Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
