We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Application Security (DAST / SAST) and proven Team Leadership experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of application security projects within defined timelines and Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee DAST / SAST implementation projects for enterprise applications.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of security professionals and developers.
• Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to integrate security practices into SDLC.
• Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide project updates, and prepare executive-level reports.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies for DAST / SAST Skills & Qualifications :
• 10 15 years of total experience with at least 35 years as a Project Manager / Team Lead in the security domain.
• Strong experience in Application Security Testing (DAST, SAST) tools (e.g., Veracode, Checkmarx, Fortify, SonarQube, Burp Suite, etc.)
• Proven track record of managing security projects across multiple applications and teams.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and project governance.
• Certifications preferred : PMP, CSM, CISSP, CISM, or relevant security certifications.
