Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead corporate and institutional sales, including CSD, INS, bulk gifting, and reward redemption programs (both in India & Internationally).
  • Manage and motivate the Regional teams;

report directly to the National Sales Head.

  • Collaborate with design & production teams to create customized products and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, gifting agencies, and channel partners.
  • Marketing of corporate sales through digital and offline, in coordination with marketing team.
  • Hiring Profile :

  • Master’s degree with 5–20 years of experience in corporate / institutional sales or business development.
  • Strong retail industry network and proven business development capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution focus.
  • Passion for premium products and brand-building.
