Director - IT Enterprise Architecture & Integration Delivery

15+ years of progressive experience defining enterprise architecture, mapping systems, creating actionable roadmaps, and delivering enterprise-scale applications, integrations, and cloud-centric solutions aligned with business objectives.

Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) Expertise : Hands-on experience with platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or Dell Boomi.

Enterprise Delivery : Proven track record leading large-scale implementations across ERP (Workday, NetSuite), HRIS (Workday), CRM / CPQ / Billing (Salesforce, DealHub), ITSM (Freshservice), Collaboration (O365), Security (CrowdStrike, Automox), and Analytics (Snowflake, Tableau).

SaaS Rationalization & Cost Optimization : Demonstrated success streamlining enterprise SaaS portfolios to reduce cost and maximize ROI.

Business Process Excellence : Expertise in process design, data lifecycle governance, and operational best practices.

Leadership : Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing architecture and integration teams.

Must have :

Solid hands-on experience building integrations between SaaS applications using standard platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, etc

This position is a combined role with a focus on both Integration Delivery Platform and Enterprise Architecture
