Role Overview :
The Solution Architect will be responsible for the overall design and technical leadership of the Campaign Management solution, ensuring alignment with the client's Six-Phase Campaign Management Framework.
This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and third-party integrations (Monday.com API), with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and extensible solutions.
Expert in Model driven application and expertise in integration with other tools like Monday.com. client facing role for all technical discussion , helping team to achieve the deliverables in challenging fixed price environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and own the solution architecture including data models, integrations, workflows, and security.
- Design Dataverse entity model for Campaigns, Budgets, Milestones, Segments, and Channels.
- Architect Power Platform Model Driven Apps for campaign briefing, approvals, and reporting.
- Define integration strategy with Monday.com (via GraphQL API) and other third-party platforms.
- Oversee development of Functional & Technical Design Documents (FDD / TDD).
- Provide technical governance and ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, CRM Developers, and QA team to validate requirements.
- Support UAT planning, cutover strategy, and production deployment.
Skills & Experience :
12+ years of experience in Solution / Technical Architecture, with 5+ in Microsoft Power Platform.Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps (Model Driven), Power Automate.Proven experience with integration architectures (REST, GraphQL, Azure Integration Services).Strong knowledge of security, role-based access control, and compliance.Excellent communication skillsThis role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and third-party integrations (Monday.com API), with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and extensible solutions.
