Overview

We are on an exciting growth journey and are looking to hire a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-paced, collaborative sales team. As a GEP SDR, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by connecting with decision-makers in your assigned region and introducing them to GEP’s value proposition.

How We’ll Work Together

• Clearly articulate the value of GEP to potential clients
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to build outreach strategies and execute regional sales plans
• Educate and engage prospects to nurture early-stage opportunities
• Drive towards and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
• Communicate GEP’s competitive edge to relevant stakeholders and decision-makers
• Continuously build knowledge on GEP solutions and the competitive landscape
• Maintain an active, professional presence on LinkedIn to build and grow prospect connections
• Accurately log all lead activity and insights into CRM and internal systems
