Primary Responsibilities :

• Generative AI & Multi-Agent SystemsDevelop and integrate Agentic AI systems using frameworks like ReAct, Human-Inthe-Loop, and multi-agent orchestration toolsCollaborate with AI researchers to implement Google ADK, Anthropic MCP, and other cutting-edge agentic AI solutionsApply prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and observability tools to monitor and improve model performance
• Backend Development & API DesignDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and FastAPI, with a focus on asynchronous programming for high-performance AI applicationsImplement RESTful APIs and MCP servers to support AI-driven services and multi-agent frameworks
• Cloud Infrastructure & DeploymentArchitect and deploy AI solutions on GCP, Azure, or AWS, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiencyManage cloud resources, including compute, storage, and networking, tailored for generative AI workloads
• Database ManagementIntegrate and optimize vector databases (e.g., Redis, ChromaDB) for semantic search and embedding storageWork with SQL and NoSQL databases to support metadata, logging, and auxiliary data needs
• Containerization & OrchestrationBuild applications using DockerDeploy and orchestrate services using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance
• Performance OptimizationConduct load testing, profiling, and performance tuning of backend systems to meet latency and throughput requirementsImplement caching, batching, and parallel processing strategies for efficient AI inference
• DevOps & CI / CDMaintain CI / CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and rollbackEnsure smooth integration of new features and models into production environments
• Monitoring & LoggingUse Splunk and other observability tools to monitor system health, diagnose issues, and ensure uptimeImplement structured logging and tracing for debugging and analytics
• AI Governance & EthicsEnsure compliance with ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation, transparency, and data privacyContribute to the development and enforcement of AI governance frameworks
• Collaboration & Problem SolvingWork closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and product managersTackle complex technical challenges in cloud deployment, backend optimization, and AI integration
