Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for a Creative Lead located in Lucknow. The Creative Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns. This includes managing a team of designers and copywriters, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, collaborating with clients to understand their vision, and delivering high-quality creative outputs. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and implementing new and innovative strategies to enhance creative processes.

Qualifications

• Creative thinking, conceptualization, and visual storytelling abilities
• Experience in graphic design, video production, and copywriting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in digital marketing and branding is a plus
