Job description

Responsibilities :

To understand the technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solution
Product understanding with strong analytical and scientific approach
To create simple but detailed wireframe with the accompanying information architecture of the product
To create high-fidelity screen design with creativity and innovative graphics
To create prototype with interactive elements, transitions and animations
To test the prototype with users and create report based on the user-interviews and implement in the design as well
To have a keen interest in learning new tools and expand their horizon of knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Educational background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience (37 years) as a UI / UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI / UX work across web and mobile platforms.

Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.

Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional Skills :

Design & Prototyping Tools : Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure.

Graphic & Visual Design Tools : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (for animations).

Prototyping & Animation Tools : Principle, Framer, Marvel, ProtoPie.

Front-end Familiarity (Good to Have) : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React basics (for collaboration with dev teams).

User Testing & Analytics Tools : Hotjar, Maze, Lookback, Google Analytics.

Other Tools : JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Notion for collaboration and workflow.
