Senior Sales Engineer

Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sr. Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial acumen. The candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, developing customer relationships, and achieving business growth within Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical industries.

Experience : 3–7 years

Location : [Mumbai / Gujarat]

Industry Focus : Oil & Gas / Pharmaceutical / Chemical

Key Responsibilities Generate and manage new business opportunities across target industries.

Achieve assigned sales targets through effective pipeline and account management.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and decision-makers.

Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support sales strategies.

Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or equivalent).

3–7 years of proven experience in product sales within Oil & Gas / Pharmaceutical / Chemical industries.

Strong technical understanding of industrial products / equipment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
