The Opportunity : Engineering Modular Excellence

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior MEP Design Engineer to spearhead the design, standardization, and integration of Electrical and HVAC systems into our modular blocks. You will be crucial in ensuring our systems are factory-precise, easily connected on-site, cost

effective, and fully aligned with our core principle of Intuitive Assembly .

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, Engineering & Standardization

• Modular System Design (Electrical) : Lead the design and development of standardized, scalable, and pre-wired modular electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution (LV panels, circuits), fire alarm systems, and low-voltage systems, ensuring Poka-Yoke (mistake proofing) principles for on-site connections.
• Modular System Design (HVAC) : Design high-efficiency, compact, and standardized HVAC solutions (e.g., decentralized split / VRF systems, ventilation) suitable for modular integration, focusing on energy performance and seamless mechanical connection points between modules.
• Engineering Calculations : Execute and validate detailed engineering calculations, including :
• Electrical : Load schedules, short-circuit calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop analysis, lighting lux levels, and earthing / lightning protection.
• HVAC : Heat load calculations (ASHRAE / IS standards), duct sizing, fan selection, and air flow distribution plans.
