Tool Room Head (Aluminum die-casting processes)

Role Overview :

Tool Room Head is responsible to lead and manage the tool room operations for aluminium dies (10-ton capacity) at the Plant. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of die design, manufacturing and maintenance, along with expertise in precision machining and die-casting processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the development and upkeep of high-quality aluminium die-casting tools to support production excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Tool Room Management & Operations

• Oversee the design, development, manufacturing, and maintenance of aluminium dies (10-ton capacity).
• Plan and execute tooling schedules to meet production and quality requirements.
• Manage precision machining operations to ensure accuracy and durability of dies.

Key Requirements :

Technical Expertise :

Industry Experience : Preferably from automotive aluminium die-casting or related industries.
