Job descriptionExperience : 8–12 years (min. 3–5 years leading utility / GTD programs). Own delivery for GTD-aligned programs (Open Access, SAMART, load Forecasting integrations, analytics). Build WBS, schedules, budgets; manage dependencies / risks; publish dashboards; Drive scope / change control; lead cross‑functional squads; Chair governance (weekly / PMC / SteerCo), track KPIs, ensure sign‑offs (SIT / UAT / Go‑Live). Mentor TLs / BA / Engineers; Education : B.E / B.Tech in EE / EEE / ECE / CS or equivalent;

Skills :
- Program / Project management experience in Utility / Power sector
- Power G / T / D domain : SLDC / LDC processes, SAMAST, SCADA / EMS / DMS / OMS basics, metering / settlement, SAIDI / SAIFI.
- Stakeholder management across DISCOM / TRANSCO / GENCO;
- contract / SOW familiarity;
RFP / MoM writing.
Job Description :
ensure audit readiness.
coordinate OEMs / system integrators.
enforce documentation and release hygiene.
MBA / PM certification preferred.
