Description : About the Role :

CloudRock is seeking a Workday Data Lead to drive end-to-end data architecture, conversion, and governance initiatives across large-scale HR and Finance digital transformation programs. As a pivotal member of our global delivery team, the Data Lead will architect and oversee robust, secure, and compliant data frameworks for enterprise clients leveraging Workday, Oracle, and SAP ecosystems.

This role demands a data-focused leader with strong technical depth, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in ERP data conversion, migration, and analytics. The ideal candidate will combine data engineering proficiency with business acumen to ensure data-driven success in every phase of the transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data Strategy and Governance :

• Define and execute a comprehensive enterprise data strategy aligned with client objectives and transformation goals.
• Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and standards that ensure accuracy, integrity, lineage, and compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and other local data protection laws.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and domain leads to prioritize data requirements, ensuring traceability from business rules to technical design.
• Develop reusable methodologies and playbooks for data quality, lineage tracking, and metadata management across CloudRock engagements.
