About the Role
This is a junior role for someone who wants to deeply understand the nuances of social media strategy inside an agency environment. You will own channel workflows across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for multiple brands and support senior strategists in turning insights into hooks, briefs, and measurable results.
You'll work closely with editors, designers, and clients to convert ideas into content calendars, experiments, and performance reports.
What You'll Do
- Build monthly content strategies and weekly calendars (pillars, hooks, CTAs).
- Turn insights into clear briefs for creators and designers.
- QC outputs for brand voice, platform best practices, and consistency.
- Write high-performing copy : titles, captions, thumbnail text, and simple creative briefs.
- Plan and test growth loops (format, posting time, hashtags, collabs, UGC).
- Track KPIs and publish concise weekly reports with 'keep / kill / iterate' actions.
- Coordinate approvals, assets, and timelines with clients and internal teams.
