Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, located in Indore. The Social Media Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and management of social media campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities include creating content strategies, managing social media profiles, optimizing content, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Content creation
• graphic designing
• min 2 yr experience
• Experience in developing Content Strategies tailored for social media platforms
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing techniques and tools
• Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance and adapt strategies accordingly
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple clients / accounts at a time
