The Role :

The Credit Risk function is an integral part of the business and ensures all strategies and programs operate in a compliant manner and the growth does not come from taking undue risks. The Credit Risk team is responsible for designing and managing credit risk policies, procedures and strategies related to Underwriting, Pricing, Collections, Fraud and Responsible lending across a growing portfolio of lending products. Maintaining a good portfolio.

As the Credit Risk Analyst, you will be directly reporting to the Credit Portfolio Risk Head of Amplifi and would be responsible for delivering on the company’s growth agenda while making sure delinquencies, defaults and Risk is in control.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct hands-on data analysis, as and when required, to achieve the above objectives.
• Drive the agenda to incorporate new data sources and new insights into credit, responsible lending and collection strategies. Working closely with model developers, tech and product teams.
• Set out the vision and analytical agenda for the team that helps deliver the overall business goals
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify areas within portfolio or products that could be improved to increase efficiency, drive better customer outcomes and generate value
• Design credit risk strategies and decision models covering Loans and Credit Cards
• Present analysis and insights directly to the C-level execs in Amplifi and Credit Unions.
