Job Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
US HR Executive – Client Onboarding
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and consultants while maintaining compliance with US HR standards and documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the
end-to-end onboarding process
for consultants and clients in the US region.
Collect, verify, and process all
onboarding documents
(I-9, W4, offer letters, background checks, etc.).
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure
timely onboarding and compliance .
Maintain accurate data and updates in the
ATS / HR system .
Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
Support payroll and HR operations by sharing necessary onboarding updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and
US labor regulations .
Prepare and maintain onboarding reports and trackers.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR department.
