Job descriptionCoordinate with new clients to gather necessary information, documentation, and preferences. Set clear expectations and timelines for the onboarding process. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, or account management) to ensure seamless client handoffs. Provide ongoing support and check-ins during the initial phase of the client relationship to ensure satisfaction. Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging. Prepare weekly reports on outreach performance, lead conversion, and onboarding metrics. Contribute ideas to improve client acquisition and retention processes. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales, client onboarding, or business development (preferably in a service-based or SaaS environment). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) and outreach platforms ( Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.). Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

- Conduct cold and warm outreach via email, , and phone calls to generate new opportunities.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
- Schedule discovery calls and product / service demos for prospective clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database and ensure accurate tracking of all communication and pipeline activities.
