Key Functions and Responsibilities

• Oversee event operations, including audiovisual and production facilities.
• Source vendors and suppliers of the highest grade across India & International.
• Develop and implement risk assessment plans, ensuring the safety and security of installations.
• Manage and monitor budgets for events.
• Conduct post-event budget reconciliations in a cost-effective manner.
• Travel onsite for recce and project execution.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary licences and permits.
• Ensure effective logistics management and inventory control.
• Possess extensive knowledge of hotel and group bookings, along with their conference facilities.
• Stay updated on the latest technology and conduct market trend research.
• Research potential future venues, tech partners for events and conferences.
