The Role We’re looking for a

Support & Diagnosis Engineer

to be the

brain of our post-sales support . You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for diagnosing issues, guiding users, scheduling services, and ensuring their Nosh robo-chef runs flawlessly.

This is not just a support role, you’ll own issues end-to-end, build trust with customers, and feed insights directly into our

product roadmap , shaping the future of Nosh.

Proper training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

Be the primary technical contact for customers.

Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, firmware, and software.

Coordinate and schedule service visits where needed.

Take full ownership of support cases from report to closure.

Capture recurring problems and influence product / engineering improvements.

Document solutions and contribute to customer-friendly guides.

Requirements

Must-Have

B.Tech degree (mandatory)

in Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or related fields.

0–4 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles.

Strong problem-solving skills and high ownership mindset.

Excellent communication in English (Hindi / regional languages a plus).

Flexibility to work in

8-hour shifts .

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to consumer electronics, robotics, IoT, or automation systems.

Hands-on debugging or field servicing experience.
