Oversight and optimization of SEO analytics ensure visibility and ranking on search engines. Paid and organic SEO strategies drive website traffic and increase engagement.
Brand Building and Positioning
- Evaluate our brand and its position within the nonprofit sector, emphasizing collaboration, knowledge exchange, and transformative impact.
- Experience growth from 11-50 employees and beyond.
- Establish brand messaging, tone, and visual identity that resonates with leaders, funders, practitioners, and communities.
- Implement PR and media strategy for increased visibility through press releases, thought leadership articles, conference presence, and interviews.
- Maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
- Measure brand health metrics such as awareness, trust, share of voice, and stakeholder perception.
Demand Generation, Digital Growth & Campaigns
Design integrated multi-channel strategies driving awareness, participation, and engagement across nonprofit networks and stakeholder groups.Create compelling content tailored to nonprofit leaders, practitioners, and donors, increasing social media presence and engagement.Implement strong SEO strategies optimizing content for sector-relevant keywords.Craft campaigns (digital ads, email nurtures, thought leadership campaigns, webinars, community drives) expanding reach and engagement.Leverage stakeholder-based marketing techniques targeting decision-makers and influencers.Program and Product Marketing
Lead go-to-market strategies for new initiatives, tools, or platforms ensuring broad adoption and value creation.Craft compelling value propositions, messaging, and enablement materials.Conduct market research and landscape scans refining positioning and pricing within the nonprofit ecosystem.Community Engagement and Advocacy
Nurture a community of nonprofit leaders, practitioners, and knowledge partners championing our cause and mission.Create case studies, testimonials, and community spotlights inspiring broader participation.Collaborate to identify opportunities for deeper engagement, cross-collaboration, and retention.Qualifications – Must Haves
5-8 years of experience in nonprofit, network, or B2B / B2N marketing.Proven track record driving visibility, growth, and engagement for mission-driven organizations.Expertise in demand generation, SEO, content marketing, campaign optimization, digital marketing, and program / product marketing.Data-driven mindset analyzing and interpreting metrics for strategic decision-making.Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship management skills.
