HR Generalist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes and coordinating with hiring managers

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns providing guidance and support
• Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans
• Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures
• Prepare HR reports and analytics as required
