Designation : Senior Software Engineer II

Roles & Responsibilities

1 : Develop and debug source code which includes : Developing ASP.net web applications –HTML, CSS, JavaScript and C# Data driven Web Services for IIS and MS-SQL Create and consume RESTful API calls as per requirements Developing user friendly front-end web applications using Angular.

2 : Develop SSRS reports as per client requirement Requirements collection from internal, external clients and documentation Design, document, development, optimize, performance tuning of custom applications Unit testing and debugging of applications in various stages of development life cycle

3 : Work collaboratively with peers in all the stages of development life cycle Write, review and recommend optimization techniques for SQL queries and stored procedures Produce documentation of code functionality and features consistently throughout development cycle. Participate proactively in requirements analysis and design reviews Perform peer code reviews to discover issues and recommend changes that improves software quality

4 : Keeping positive attitude and contribute to team effort Perform additional software development duties as required Mentor Jr. Software engineers.

5 : Participate in code reviews, assist in testing the developed software and provide support

Must Have Skills

1 : Experience creating multi-threaded applications using C#,.NET Framework, and MS-SQL

• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, jQuery, Angular
• Knowledge of IIS and experience in creating and consuming web services

2 : Experience in creating Point of Sale or Shopping cart applications a major plus

3 : Troubleshooting and problem solving of MS-SQL server and databases a plus
