Seller Operations Specialist

Job Summary :

The E-commerce Seller Operations Specialist is responsible for enhancing the overall seller experience and ensuring smooth operational support across the marketplace. The role focuses on enabling sellers to succeed by providing proactive assistance, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring seamless execution of catalog setup, pricing updates, campaigns, and performance tracking.

You will work closely with category managers, key account managers, catalog, customer service and technology teams to resolve seller issues, optimize processes, and ensure that every seller interaction contributes to a reliable and efficient marketplace experience.

Responsiblities :

Seller & Partner Management

• Act as the first point of contact for marketplace sellers on operational and catalog-related queries.
• Guide sellers through onboarding, listing creation, and policy compliance processes.
• Maintain strong working relationships with sellers, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Monitor seller performance metrics (e.g., fill rates, cancellations, content quality) and drive improvement initiatives
