Training- Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Program Development : Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and address skill gaps.
• Facilitation : Deliver engaging training sessions using various methodologies, including workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
• Needs Assessment : Conduct training needs assessments to identify current and future training requirements across the organization.
• Evaluation : Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Mentorship : Mentor and support junior trainers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented training environment.
• Collaboration : Work closely with department heads to ensure training programs meet specific team needs and objectives.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating new techniques into training offerings.
• Reporting : Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback for management reporting.
