Hospitality Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Intern to join our team. As a Hospitality Intern you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our hotel. • Responsibilities
• Assist with the daily operations of the hotel including front desk housekeeping and food and beverage services
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotels facilities services and amenities
• Assist with the preparation of reports and statistics related to hotel operations
• Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and high standards of customer satisfaction
• Requirements
• Fresher with a passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and develop skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Basic knowledge of hospitality operations and procedures
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and public holidays
• $Salary salary package including $ benefits and $ allowances
• $ months contract with the possibility of extension or permanent employment
