Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Trainer in North 24 Parganas. The Hospitality Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs in hospitality, providing consulting services, enhancing customer service skills, and ensuring effective front office and food & beverage operations. The trainer will also evaluate trainee performance and ensure they meet industry standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Hospitality Consulting and Training
• Customer Service skills
• Experience in Front Office operations and Food & Beverage services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
