Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM, Marketing & Collaboration Developer to join our onsite team. This role involves building, integrating, and automating Zoho apps to optimize our Sales, Marketing, and Collaboration processes. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of business workflows, helping our organization leverage the full power of the Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

1. CRM Development & Management :

• Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Bigin, SalesIQ, SalesInbox, Motivator, and Bookings.
• Develop custom modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and automation rules.
• Integrate CRM with Finance, HR, and Marketing modules for seamless data flow.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure best practices in data management.
