About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media & Content Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand-building efforts on LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms. You will own our social strategy, content calendar, and day-to-day execution.

What You'll Do :

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Opptra's business goals.

Create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience (North America, Europe, and India).

Manage and execute the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Conduct keyword research and analyze market trends to optimize content strategy.

Grow Opptra's LinkedIn following and increase engagement in key target geographies.

Establish Opptra as a thought leader in AI GTM, internationalization, and Asian market entry.

Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What You'll Bring :

5-8 years of experience in social media and content marketing within a B2B environment, selling to global customers.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and a bias for action.

Great storytelling skills
