Key Responsibilities

Customer Service : Greet customers, understand their preferences and needs, and provide personalized recommendations for jewelry.

Product Knowledge : Showcase jewelry, explaining the quality, craftsmanship, and features of different items, including specific knowledge of gemstones and metals.

Sales Transactions : Handle sales processes efficiently, including negotiating prices, managing various payment methods, and finalizing sales transactions.

Showroom Management : Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom, including arranging product displays and ensuring inventory is well-managed.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Sales Targets : Work to achieve individual and team sales goals, often through a combination of base salary and commission.
