jewellery sales role focuses on assisting customers, driving sales, and providing expert product knowledge to achieve sales targets in a retail environment. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, showcasing jewelry, providing details on craftsmanship and materials, and closing sales. Sales associates must also maintain a visually appealing showroom, manage transactions, stay updated on trends, and build client relationships to provide a memorable shopping experience and a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service : Greet customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for jewelry pieces.
Product Knowledge : Maintain comprehensive knowledge of gemstones, metals, craftsmanship, current jewelry trends, and product details.
Sales & Transactions : Effectively process sales, manage transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts.
Showroom Management : Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to attract customers and showcase merchandise.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handle inquiries, and provide solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Inventory : Assist with managing inventory records and ensuring accurate product information is available.
Teamwork : Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
Required Skills
Sales Acumen : Strong ability to sell products, negotiate prices, and close sales transactions.

Qualifications
