Reports To : Marketing Project Manager or Account Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a Virtual Marketing Assistant to help keep our marketing operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in data entry, project coordination, communication, and light project management . This is a full-time remote role ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and detail-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and organize performance data from platforms like Google Analytics , Meta Ads , and Ads .
• Watch client meeting recordings and send clear recap emails with action items.
• Create and assign tasks in ClickUp , Slack , or similar tools.
• Conduct research on markets, audiences, and competitors.
• Maintain advertising matrices with updated budgets and performance.
• Proof marketing materials for correct links, spelling, and formatting.
• Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Track deliverables, monitor campaign timelines, and support project managers.
