Job description

Job Title : Key Account Manager

Overview : As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our most important clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Your primary objective will be to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Have to handle Amazon, Flipkart & other platforms.

Responsibilities :

~Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and objectives thoroughly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and coordinate all interactions between the client and internal teams.

~Account Planning :

  • Develop strategic account plans for key clients, outlining objectives and strategies for growth.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • ~Communication and Negotiation :

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • ~Performance Tracking and Reporting :

  • Monitor key account metrics, such as revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention rates.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance account performance.
  • ~Market Analysis and Strategy Development :

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Use market insights to develop strategies for expanding our business with key clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives for key accounts.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-4+ years regarding the similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of Experience in the [specific industry or sector relevant to the company].
