Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 8-10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on strategic planning. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic Thinking Project Management Analytical Skills Collaboration and Teamwork Adaptability and Flexibility Achieve measurable improvements in employee performance and engagement through training initiatives. Maintain a high level of participant satisfaction with training programs. Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Summary
The Expert in Learning & Development will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning strategies and programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in developing training initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the organization's objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across various departments.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
