Junior Recruiter

About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing candidates and conducting initial screenings to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities :

Conduct initial phone interviews to screen candidates for basic qualifications and fit.

Conduct video screening interviews to assess both personality and technical fit.

Be responsible for independently handling at least one position from end to end.

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.

Share rejection emails with candidates who do not meet the job requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure all candidate information and interview feedback are properly documented.

Assist with other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process as needed.

Job Requirements :

Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is a must.

Graduate in MBA, BBA, B.Com, or any other relevant field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Previous internship experience in a related field preferred.

Strong email writing and professional correspondence skills.

Basic understanding of the recruitment process.

Experience required : 6 Months to 2 Years
