Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lyophilization Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Lyophilization Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the freeze-drying process, monitoring equipment, and ensuring optimal performance. Additional responsibilities include preparing and executing lyophilization cycles, maintaining documentation, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with lyophilization, freeze-drying processes, and understanding of thermal properties
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
