Full stack engineer- Back end python heavy
Location - Pune
Mode : WFO- 5days
Required skills
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on Python.
- Proven expertise in designing and optimizing SQL & NoSQL data models.
- Strong background in microservices, distributed systems, and high-throughput pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and exposure to frameworks like React or Angular.
- Deep understanding of API design principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Self-driven with an ownership mindset, capable of working independently without heavy supervision
