Role Overview We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in Mohali.

This role requires a blend of leadership, strategy, and commercial acumen — someone who can oversee digital operations, manage a growing team, and actively contribute to business development.

You’ll drive delivery across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, and Web Management, while ensuring campaigns perform and clients scale. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on , capable of managing execution while driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations for the Digital Marketing division (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Web).

Manage and mentor a team of specialists (SEO, design, content, and performance).

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with client and internal goals.

Coordinate directly with Australian clients to ensure timely delivery and clear communication.

Identify and convert new business opportunities — support proposals, upsells, and renewals.

Supervise campaign reporting, analytics, and ROI tracking to improve results.

Maintain operational discipline — performance KPIs, SLAs, and delivery timelines.

Collaborate with Tech, Sales, and Design teams for integrated marketing outcomes.

Support leadership in scaling the digital division through process improvements and automation.

Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing management or agency leadership.

Proven ability to manage teams and clients simultaneously.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Analytics.

Experience with business development, proposals, and client growth strategy.

Skilled in project management and CRM tools (Zoho, Asana, or similar).

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Organised, results-driven, and capable of maintaining quality under pressure.
